This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Roccomotive website (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods come with guarantees that they:

Are of acceptable quality

Are fit for their disclosed purpose

Match their description
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom products include 3D-designed and manufactured parts made specifically to your order.
Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order products

This includes incorrect ordering, no longer required items, or customer preference changes
Faulty or Not as Described
You are entitled to a remedy under ACL if a custom product:

Is faulty

Is significantly different from its description

Is unsafe or not fit for purpose
4. Digital Products (Design Files)
Digital products include CAD files, STL files, STEP files, or other downloadable design files.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete once the file is made available for download or sent via email.
Change of Mind

No change-of-mind refunds are available for digital products once delivery has occurred

This includes cases where the file has not been downloaded but has been made available
Faulty Files
If a digital file:

Is corrupted
-
Is materially different from the description

Cannot be opened using standard compatible software
We will, where required by law:

Provide a corrected file

Replace the file
-
Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
5. Third-Party Automotive Parts
Third-party products are items supplied by external manufacturers or distributors.
Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion

Items must be:

Unused

Uninstalled

In original packaging

Restocking fees may apply
Faulty Products
Faulty third-party products are covered by ACL and manufacturer warranties where applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by law:

Custom or made-to-order products

Digital design files after delivery

Installed, modified, or used products

Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
7. Installation and Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your vehicle and intended use

We are not responsible for labour, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs

Products installed incorrectly or used outside their intended purpose may not be eligible for return
8. Off-Road, Motorsport & Compliance
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Some products are intended for off-road or motorsport use only

Some products may not be ADR-compliant or road-legal
-
Incorrect selection or use does not constitute a fault under ACL

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
