Hyundai I30N Performance Airbox Enclosure for Forge Intake (Sedan)
The Forge Motorsport intake system is a popular upgrade for the Hyundai i30N Sedan, however the exposed filter design can leave the intake susceptible to engine bay heat and environmental contamination.
The Roccomotive i30N Forge Intake Airbox Enclosure Kit has been developed to address these limitations by providing a complete enclosure around the intake filter while maintaining compatibility with the Forge intake system.
In addition to improving thermal isolation, the enclosure provides increased protection for the intake filter element, particularly important for vehicles utilising foam filter media which can be more susceptible to contamination and deterioration when exposed directly to engine bay conditions.
The kit includes a custom support bracket to ensure a secure installation and OEM-like fitment within the engine bay, as well as an additional bracket to reposition the ECU for clearence off added airbox.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, this kit offers a practical upgrade for i30N owners seeking improved intake efficiency, enhanced engine bay appearance, and greater protection for their Forge intake system.
